The short version: plans and extra people bought under these terms are single payments that are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or to correct a payment error. Purchases made before these terms were published keep the terms they were made under.

1. What you buy

Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.

An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.

An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.

2. Refunds

Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.

3. If a payment went wrong

If you think a payment went wrong, email support@astrolysis.com with the receipt ID from Razorpay’s email and we will look into it.

For example: a charge taken twice for one purchase, a charge for a different amount from the one shown before you paid, or a payment that did not give you what it was for. We check each case against the payment record.

4. Purchases made earlier

A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

If you are not sure which terms apply to your purchase, write to us with its receipt ID and we will check the record we hold for it. Where no record of the terms survives, we look at the case individually rather than assume these terms applied.

5. Disputes

Razorpay and your bank each run their own dispute processes. We would rather hear from you first, but nothing on this page stops you from using them.

6. Your account and data

Buying a plan, a plan ending, or a payment being corrected does not delete your account. The Privacy Policy explains how to export or delete your data.

Astrolysis is a product of Ganakys Codilla Apps. Payments are processed by Razorpay — in rupees for buyers billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else.

Wording used before these terms

This is the wording the site’s source carried before the current purchase terms. It is kept so earlier purchases can be reviewed fairly. It does not say which text any particular customer saw, and some of it contradicts itself; if you bought before the current terms, write to us and we will check the record for your purchase.

We refund any subscription within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days we refund pro-rated remaining time on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime purchases are refundable within 7 days only. Email hello@astrolysis.com.

7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Within seven days of your first payment for a given billing cycle (or the first day of any renewal), email us and we'll refund the full amount.

After 7 days, we may refund pro-rated unused time on a case-by-case basis if there's a clear product issue. Cancellation outside the refund window stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period.

Astrolysis subscriptions are non-refundable. Your reading is generated and delivered the moment you subscribe, so there is nothing to return. At checkout you confirm that you want access immediately and that you understand this ends the 14-day cooling-off period that otherwise applies to an online purchase — we keep a record of that confirmation. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us and we will look at it properly.

3. Used AI-credit allowances

Cancel from Settings, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you are currently in, and you keep full access until that period ends.

4. How to request a refund

5. Processing time

We acknowledge refund requests within two business days. Once approved, Razorpay credits the refund back to your original payment method in 5–7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds are often faster; international cards can take longer depending on your bank.

6. What happens to your data after a refund

A refund cancels the subscription, but doesn't delete your account. Your chart and history stay until you ask us to delete them. See the Privacy Policy for how to delete or export your data.

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the same email thread and we'll escalate it internally. Razorpay also operates its own dispute process; we'd rather resolve it with you directly first.
