Astrolysis — астрологічний продукт із ШІ-підтримкою. Прочитання — для рефлексії й розваг. Не є медичною, юридичною, фінансовою чи психологічною порадою. Потрібно 13+ для застосунку, 18+ для платних функцій.
2. Ваш акаунт
Ви відповідаєте за безпеку методу входу. Не діліться акаунтом. Можемо призупиняти акаунти, які порушують умови чи застосовне право.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.
Revision date 2026-09-27 — the date this wording was written. It applies to purchases made after it is published; the publication date is recorded separately. How to reach us about a payment is on the Refund Policy page, which also keeps the earlier wording.
5. Прийнятне використання
Не намагайтесь зловживати ШІ для шкідливих цілей (медична діагностика, юридичні поради, фінансові спекуляції як впевненість, переслідування, незаконна діяльність). Залишаємо право призупиняти такі акаунти.
6. Без гарантії результатів
Астрологія — рефлексивна практика. Astrolysis не стверджує, що прочитання передбачає майбутнє чи визначає результат. Ваші рішення на основі застосунку — ваші.
7. Обмеження відповідальності
У максимально дозволеному законом обсязі відповідальність Astrolysis перед вами не перевищує суми, сплаченої вами за попередні 12 місяців. Не несемо відповідальності за непрямі чи похідні збитки.
8. Застосовне право
Ці умови регулюються законодавством Індії. Спори вирішуються в судах Бенгалуру, Карнатака, якщо місцеве споживче право не дає вам сильніший форум.
9. Зміни
Можемо оновлювати ці умови. Повідомимо email і при першому вході після зміни.
