1. O que é o Astrolysis
Astrolysis é um produto de astrologia com assistência de IA. As leituras servem para reflexão e entretenimento. Elas não são aconselhamento médico, jurídico, financeiro ou psicológico. Você precisa ter 13 anos ou mais para usar o app e 18 anos ou mais para recursos pagos.
2. Sua conta
Você é responsável por manter seu método de login seguro. Não compartilhe sua conta. Podemos suspender contas que violem estes termos ou a legislação aplicável.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Uso aceitável
Não tente extrair ou usar indevidamente a IA para fins prejudiciais (diagnóstico médico, aconselhamento jurídico, especulação financeira apresentada como certeza, assédio, atividade ilegal). Reservamo-nos o direito de suspender contas que façam isso.
6. Sem garantia de resultados
A astrologia é uma prática reflexiva. O Astrolysis não afirma que qualquer leitura prevê o futuro ou determina um resultado. As decisões que você tomar com base no app são de sua própria responsabilidade.
7. Limitação de responsabilidade
Na máxima extensão permitida por lei, a responsabilidade do Astrolysis para com você é limitada ao valor que você pagou nos 12 meses anteriores. Não somos responsáveis por perdas indiretas ou consequentes.
8. Lei aplicável
Estes termos são regidos pelas leis da Índia. As disputas são resolvidas nos tribunais de Bengaluru, Karnataka, exceto quando a legislação local de proteção ao consumidor lhe conferir um foro mais favorável.
9. Alterações
Podemos atualizar estes termos. Vamos notificar você por e-mail e no primeiro acesso após uma alteração.
