O que preciso para criar uma conta?
Um endereço de e-mail. Só isso. Você pode preencher seu perfil de nascimento depois — data, horário e local — para desbloquear seu mapa.
E se eu não souber meu horário exato de nascimento?
Tudo bem. Sem o horário não conseguimos calcular as casas nem o ascendente, mas as posições dos planetas e a maioria das tradições ainda funcionam. Marque o perfil como "aproximado" ao criá-lo e a IA vai reduzir sua confiança nos pontos em que o horário faz diferença.
Preciso pagar para experimentar?
You can start free without a card. The free allowance includes five Ask questions and one tarot reading per day. Paid Individual, Family and Lifetime plans have different allowances; check the plan shown in Settings before purchasing. Learning is included for every Readings account, including free and beta accounts.

How do I change my plan?
From any free-tier prompt, or in Settings → Plan. Payments are processed by Razorpay — in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. Como cancelo?
A purchase made under the current purchase terms is a single payment that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. An Individual or Family plan ends when the period you paid for ends; an extra person on a Family plan is covered only while that Family plan is active. Posso pedir reembolso?
Plans bought under the current purchase terms are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or to correct a payment error such as a duplicate charge. Quais formas de pagamento são aceitas?

Qual é a precisão dos cálculos?
Western and Vedic planetary charts use Swiss Ephemeris calculations; the Vedic chart uses the Lahiri ayanamsa. Other traditions also use calendar, name or birth-date conventions. A calculation is not scientific evidence for an interpretation. Birth-time uncertainty can affect houses, the rising sign and timing; check the method and uncertainty notes on each tradition page.

Posso editar meus dados de nascimento depois de criar a conta?
Edit your birth details in Profiles. A change to the birth details used for calculation creates a new chart revision; cosmetic or no-op edits do not. Earlier chart revisions and their saved readings are retained, rather than silently rewritten or cleared. An older saved reading may therefore describe the details used when it was created. Profiles

O que posso perguntar?
Ask about the chart context supplied to a thread, or use a reading as a prompt for reflection. The assistant can retrieve matching knowledge-base passages, but a reply may have no retrieved source and AI can make mistakes. Open any citations and check important claims; the assistant is not a trained human astrologer.
O que ela não faz?
Crisis-related Ask replies point to crisis resources and qualified human help. Astrolysis does not connect you to a person or provide emergency support. Readings are for reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice. Crisis resources

Tarot

O tarot é separado do meu mapa?
Tarot is a separate reflection tool. Its interpretation uses the cards, spread and any question you enter; the current tarot flow does not send your birth chart or transit context to the AI.
Quais spreads estão disponíveis?
One card, past–present–future and Celtic Cross are available. The free daily allowance is one reading; the Individual allowance is ten. Family and Lifetime Pro allowances differ. Where several purchases or beta access apply, the app evaluates the eligible access rather than adding every allowance together. Your current access is shown in the app.

Posso adicionar meu parceiro, filho ou pai?
Use Profiles to manage the people saved under your account. The number you can save depends on your current plan and extra-person purchases. A saved profile is not a separate login; compatibility tools compare the profiles available to your account. Profiles

A person saved as a profile does not need a separate account for you to read that profile. There is no self-service transfer of a profile to another account. Do not share your password or assume that creating another account moves the profile or its history.

Readings offers 60 interface language choices. Translation coverage varies by page and feature; some text remains in English. Learning lessons are currently published in English.

Excluir meus dados

Como excluo minha conta?
Manage your birth profiles and account in Settings. Closing your account stops access; request permanent record erasure or a data export by emailing support from your registered address.
Posso exportar meus dados antes?
There is no one-click full Readings data export yet. Request a copy of the records we hold by emailing support@astrolysis.com from your registered address. The separate Learning export contains Learning records only; it is not an export of your shared Readings account, charts or purchases.
