1. Czym jest Astrolysis
Astrolysis to wspierany przez AI produkt astrologiczny. Odczyty służą refleksji i rozrywce. Nie są poradą medyczną, prawną, finansową ani psychologiczną. Musisz mieć 13+ lat, by korzystać z aplikacji, i 18+ lat dla funkcji płatnych.
2. Twoje konto
Odpowiadasz za bezpieczeństwo metody logowania. Nie udostępniaj konta. Możemy zawiesić konta, które naruszają ten regulamin lub obowiązujące prawo.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Dopuszczalne użycie
Nie próbuj nadużywać AI do szkodliwych celów (diagnoza medyczna, porada prawna, spekulacja finansowa podana jako pewność, nękanie, działania nielegalne). Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do zawieszenia takich kont.
6. Brak gwarancji rezultatów
Astrologia to praktyka refleksyjna. Astrolysis nie twierdzi, że jakikolwiek odczyt przewiduje przyszłość lub przesądza o wyniku. Decyzje, które podejmujesz na podstawie aplikacji, są Twoje.
7. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności
W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym prawem, odpowiedzialność Astrolysis wobec Ciebie jest ograniczona do kwoty, którą zapłaciłeś w poprzednich 12 miesiącach. Nie odpowiadamy za szkody pośrednie lub następcze.
8. Prawo właściwe
Regulamin podlega prawu indyjskiemu. Spory rozstrzygane są w sądach Bengaluru w stanie Karnataka, chyba że lokalne prawo konsumenckie daje Ci mocniejsze forum.
9. Zmiany
Możemy aktualizować ten regulamin. Powiadomimy Cię e-mailem i przy pierwszym logowaniu po zmianie.
