1. Wat Astrolysis is
Astrolysis is een AI-ondersteund astrologieproduct. Lezingen zijn voor reflectie en vermaak. Het is geen medisch, juridisch, financieel of psychologisch advies. Je moet 13+ zijn om de app te gebruiken en 18+ voor betaalde functies.
2. Je account
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig houden van je login-methode. Deel je account niet. We kunnen accounts opschorten die deze voorwaarden of toepasselijke wetgeving schenden.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Acceptabel gebruik
Probeer de AI niet te misbruiken voor schadelijke doeleinden (medische diagnose, juridisch advies, financiële speculatie als zekerheid gekaderd, intimidatie, illegale activiteit). We behouden het recht om accounts die dit doen op te schorten.
6. Geen uitkomstgarantie
Astrologie is een reflectieve praktijk. Astrolysis claimt niet dat enige lezing de toekomst voorspelt of een uitkomst bepaalt. Beslissingen die je op basis van de app neemt zijn aan jou.
7. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is Astrolysis aansprakelijk tot maximaal het bedrag dat je in de voorgaande 12 maanden hebt betaald. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade.
8. Toepasselijk recht
Deze voorwaarden vallen onder Indiaas recht. Geschillen worden beslecht voor de rechtbanken van Bengaluru, Karnataka, behalve waar lokaal consumentenrecht je een sterker forum biedt.
9. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken. We brengen je per e-mail en bij eerste login na een wijziging op de hoogte.
