1. Cos'è Astrolysis
Astrolysis è un prodotto di astrologia assistita dall'IA. Le letture sono per riflessione e intrattenimento. Non sono consigli medici, legali, finanziari o psicologici. Devi avere almeno 13 anni per usare l'app e 18 per le funzioni a pagamento.
2. Il tuo account
Sei responsabile di mantenere sicuro il tuo metodo di accesso. Non condividere il tuo account. Possiamo sospendere account che violano questi termini o le leggi applicabili.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Uso accettabile
Non cercare di estrarre o abusare dell'IA per scopi dannosi (diagnosi medica, consulenza legale, speculazione finanziaria spacciata per certezza, molestie, attività illegali). Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere gli account che lo fanno.
6. Nessuna garanzia di esito
L'astrologia è una pratica riflessiva. Astrolysis non sostiene che una lettura preveda il futuro o determini un esito. Le decisioni che prendi sulla base dell'app sono tue.
7. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, Astrolysis è responsabile verso di te al massimo per l'importo che hai pagato nei 12 mesi precedenti. Non siamo responsabili per perdite indirette o consequenziali.
8. Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge indiana. Le controversie si risolvono nei tribunali di Bengaluru, Karnataka, salvo dove la normativa locale a tutela del consumatore ti garantisca un foro più favorevole.
9. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini. Te lo comunicheremo via email e al primo accesso successivo alla modifica.
