1. Apa itu Astrolysis
Astrolysis adalah produk astrologi berbantuan AI. Bacaan adalah untuk refleksi dan hiburan. Ini bukan saran medis, hukum, keuangan, atau psikologis. Kamu harus berusia 13+ untuk menggunakan aplikasi dan 18+ untuk fitur berbayar.
2. Akunmu
Kamu bertanggung jawab menjaga metode sign-in tetap aman. Jangan berbagi akun. Kami dapat menangguhkan akun yang melanggar syarat ini atau hukum yang berlaku.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.
Revision date 2026-09-27 — the date this wording was written. It applies to purchases made after it is published; the publication date is recorded separately. How to reach us about a payment is on the Refund Policy page, which also keeps the earlier wording.
5. Penggunaan yang dapat diterima
Jangan coba menyalahgunakan AI untuk tujuan berbahaya (diagnosis medis, saran hukum, spekulasi keuangan yang dibingkai sebagai kepastian, pelecehan, kegiatan ilegal). Kami berhak menangguhkan akun yang melakukannya.
6. Tidak ada jaminan hasil
Astrologi adalah praktik reflektif. Astrolysis tidak menyatakan bahwa bacaan apa pun meramalkan masa depan atau menentukan hasil. Keputusan yang kamu buat berdasarkan aplikasi adalah milikmu sendiri.
7. Pembatasan tanggung jawab
Sebesar mungkin yang diizinkan oleh hukum, Astrolysis bertanggung jawab kepadamu paling banyak sebesar jumlah yang kamu bayarkan dalam 12 bulan sebelumnya. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung atau konsekuensial.
8. Hukum yang berlaku
Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum India. Sengketa diselesaikan di pengadilan Bengaluru, Karnataka, kecuali jika hukum perlindungan konsumen setempat memberi kamu forum yang lebih kuat.
9. Perubahan
Kami dapat memperbarui syarat ini. Kami akan memberitahumu lewat email dan pada sign-in pertama setelah perubahan.
