Getting started

What do I need to sign up?
An email address. That's it. You can finish your birth profile afterward — date, time, and place — to unlock your chart.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
That's fine. Without a time we can't compute houses or the rising sign, but planet positions and most tradition lenses still work. Mark the profile "approximate" when you create it and the AI will soften its confidence where the time matters.
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Free forever, no card. You get your full natal chart, a daily reading in one tradition, five questions a day, and one tarot pull a day. Plus unlocks the rest when you're ready.

Account & billing

How do I upgrade to Plus?
From any free-tier prompt, or in Settings → Plan. Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Plan → Cancel. Your Plus features stay active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans are refundable within 7 days, no questions asked. Lifetime is refundable within 14 days. Details on our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major Indian cards, UPI, net-banking, and select wallets via Razorpay. International cards are accepted where supported.

My chart

How accurate are the calculations?
Planet positions, houses, and aspects are computed against the Swiss Ephemeris — the same data professional astrologers use. Vedic readings use the Lahiri ayanamsa by default; you can switch this in Settings.
Can I switch traditions on the same chart?
Yes. Your chart is the same; the tradition decides which questions we ask of it. Switch in the chart header or in Settings to set a default.
Can I edit my birth data after signing up?
Yes — Profiles → edit. Changing birth data recomputes your chart and clears reading history that was tied to the old data.

The AI Ask

What can I ask?
Anything you'd ask a thoughtful astrologer. Love, work, family, timing, what a transit means for you. The AI is grounded in your chart and a curated knowledge base.
What won't it do?
It won't predict your death, illness, marriage, or wealth. It declines medical, legal, and financial advice on sight. If you describe a crisis it stops the reading and hands you a real resource — see crisis resources.
Does it remember our conversation?
Yes, within a thread. You can start a new thread any time, and delete any thread from Settings.

Tarot

Is tarot separate from my chart?
They're read together. The AI interprets a card against the same chart context the daily reading uses, so a Three of Cups for you during a Venus transit isn't read the same as during a Saturn one.
Which spreads are available?
Free includes the daily one-card pull. Plus opens Past–Present–Future, the Celtic Cross, and a focused relationship spread.

Family members

Can I add my partner, child, or parent?
Yes. Add them as a profile under Profiles. You'll be able to run synastry (chart-to-chart comparison) and, on Plus, ask the AI relational questions.
Do they need an account?
No. Profiles you add live under your account. If they later want their own, they can sign up and you can hand the profile over by email — your data isn't theirs to claim without your action.

Languages

Which languages do you support?
30+, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and many more. The astrology is the same; the language meets you where you are.
How do I change my reading language?
Settings → Language, or use the language switcher on any reading screen.

Deleting my data

How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is marked for deletion immediately and hard-removed within 30 days. Razorpay payment records may be retained longer where Indian tax / KYC law requires.
Can I export my data first?
Yes. Settings → Account → Export. You'll receive a download link by email within a few minutes.
