1. Ano ang Astrolysis
Ang Astrolysis ay produkto ng astrolohiyang tinutulungan ng AI. Ang mga pagbasa ay para sa repleksyon at libangan. Hindi ito medical, legal, financial, o psychological na payo. Dapat 13+ ka para gamitin ang app at 18+ para sa bayad na features.
2. Iyong account
Responsable kang ingatan ang sign-in method mo. Huwag ibahagi ang account. Maaari naming i-suspend ang mga account na lumalabag sa mga tuntuning ito o sa naaangkop na batas.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Katanggap-tanggap na paggamit
Huwag subukang abusuhin ang AI para sa mapanganib na layunin (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial speculation na inilarawan bilang katiyakan, harassment, ilegal na gawain). Inilaan namin ang karapatan na i-suspend ang mga ganoong account.
6. Walang garantiya ng resulta
Ang astrolohiya ay isang reflective practice. Hindi sinasabi ng Astrolysis na ang anumang pagbasa ay humuhula sa hinaharap o nagtatakda ng resulta. Ang mga desisyong gagawin mo batay sa app ay sa iyo.
7. Limitasyon ng pananagutan
Sa pinakamalaking lawak na pinapayagan ng batas, ang pananagutan ng Astrolysis sa iyo ay hindi hihigit sa halagang binayaran mo sa nakaraang 12 buwan. Hindi kami mananagot sa di-tuwirang o consequential na pinsala.
8. Naaangkop na batas
Ang mga tuntuning ito ay nasa ilalim ng batas ng India. Ang mga di-pagkakasundo ay nireresolba sa mga korte ng Bengaluru, Karnataka, maliban kung ang lokal na batas sa proteksyon ng consumer ay nagbibigay sa iyo ng mas malakas na forum.
