1. Qué es Astrolysis
Astrolysis es un producto de astrología asistido por IA. Las lecturas son para la reflexión y el entretenimiento. No constituyen asesoramiento médico, jurídico, financiero ni psicológico. Debes tener 13 años o más para usar la app y 18 años o más para las funciones de pago.
2. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener seguro tu método de acceso. No compartas tu cuenta. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estas condiciones o la legislación aplicable.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.

5. Uso aceptable
No intentes extraer información del sistema de IA ni utilizarlo con fines perjudiciales (diagnóstico médico, asesoramiento jurídico, especulación financiera presentada como certeza, acoso, actividad ilegal). Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender las cuentas que lo hagan.
6. Sin garantía de resultados
La astrología es una práctica reflexiva. Astrolysis no afirma que ninguna lectura prediga el futuro ni determine un resultado. Las decisiones que tomes a partir de la app son tuya responsabilidad.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad de Astrolysis frente a ti se limita al importe que hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores. No somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes.
8. Legislación aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de India. Las disputas se resolverán en los tribunales de Bengaluru, Karnataka, salvo que la legislación local de protección al consumidor te otorgue un fuero más favorable.
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. Te avisaremos por correo electrónico y al iniciar sesión por primera vez tras cualquier modificación.
