1. Was Astrolysis ist
Astrolysis ist ein KI-gestütztes Astrologie-Produkt. Lesungen dienen der Reflexion und Unterhaltung. Sie sind keine medizinische, juristische, finanzielle oder psychologische Beratung. Du musst mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein, um die App zu nutzen, und 18 für bezahlte Funktionen.
2. Dein Konto
Du bist dafür verantwortlich, deine Anmeldemethode sicher zu halten. Teile dein Konto nicht. Wir können Konten sperren, die gegen diese Bedingungen oder geltendes Recht verstoßen.

3. Plans and payments
Payments are made through Razorpay: in rupees if you are billed in India, in US dollars everywhere else. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Each purchase — an Individual plan, a Family plan, or an extra person on a Family plan — is a single payment. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
An Individual or Family plan runs for the period shown when you buy it — 30 days or 365 days — from when we confirm your payment. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan, unless it still has another plan or other access that has not ended.
An extra person is not a plan of its own: it adds one person to the active Family plan it is bought for, when we confirm your payment. Its price is the extra-person fee for that Family plan’s billing period — monthly or yearly — paid once in full; it is not reduced for the time the Family plan has left. That person is covered only while that Family plan is active, so their place ends no later than the plan does, and it does not move to a later plan. If the Family plan has ended by the time we confirm your payment, no one is added and the payment is held for review.
Lifetime plans are not sold at the moment. A lifetime plan bought earlier stays as it was bought.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refundable. This does not affect a refund the law requires, or our correction of a payment that went wrong — for example a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong amount.
A purchase made before these terms were published keeps the terms it was made under.
Revision date 2026-09-27 — the date this wording was written. It applies to purchases made after it is published; the publication date is recorded separately. How to reach us about a payment is on the Refund Policy page, which also keeps the earlier wording.
5. Akzeptable Nutzung
Versuche nicht, die KI für schädliche Zwecke zu missbrauchen (medizinische Diagnose, Rechtsberatung, als Gewissheit verpackte Finanzspekulation, Belästigung, illegale Aktivitäten). Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten zu sperren, die das tun.
6. Keine Erfolgsgarantie
Astrologie ist eine reflektierende Praxis. Astrolysis behauptet nicht, dass eine Lesung die Zukunft vorhersagt oder ein Ergebnis bestimmt. Entscheidungen, die du auf Grundlage der App triffst, sind deine eigenen.
7. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haftet Astrolysis dir gegenüber höchstens in Höhe des Betrages, den du in den vorausgegangenen 12 Monaten gezahlt hast. Wir haften nicht für indirekte oder Folgeschäden.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen indischem Recht. Streitigkeiten werden vor den Gerichten in Bengaluru, Karnataka, geklärt, außer wenn dir das örtliche Verbraucherschutzrecht ein günstigeres Forum eröffnet.
9. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Wir benachrichtigen dich per E-Mail und bei der ersten Anmeldung nach einer Änderung.
